CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -Just about everyone knows the expression, “neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.”
Because of that unofficial motto of the U.S. Postal Service, people expect their mail will be delivered no matter what. But, residents on Rocky River Road in Charlotte said they have no idea if and when they’ll get mail.
