COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. (WRIC) — Residents in one Colonial Heights neighborhood say they are fed up after their mail has been repeatedly sent to the wrong homes day after day.

“We get the wrong mail every week, so it’s not every other month, it’s every week we get a couple pieces of the wrong mail,” said Cheryl Albert, a resident who lives in the area.

Some of that mail is pretty important, including tax refunds.

“Income tax returns, I’ve gotten three in my box in the same week at federal tax return time,” said Albert.
