Video: Drunk driver hits postal worker outside Ohio post office


EFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio — Bloomingdale’s Randole Barnhart was cited for OVI following Tuesday morning’s accident involving two off-roading vehicles that sent three people to the hospital, including a pedestrian.

State police said Barnhart, 23, was the driver of the utility vehicle that was hit by a four-wheeler before it hit a postal worker outside the Bloomingdale Post Office.

As for the two riding on the four-wheeler, 24-year-old Anthony Walker, of Cadiz, was seriously injured and 22-year-old Kylie Sturtevant of Mingo Junction is recovering this afternoon. The postal worker is out of the hospital.
