POMPANO BEACH (CBSMiami) – Postal workers handed out flyers in Pompano Beach Tuesday morning as the search continued for a masked gunman who robbed a U.S.P.S. letter carrier Monday afternoon.

The robbery happened around 3:00 p.m. Monday at 901 NE 12 Avenue in Pompano Beach.

Police said the letter carrier saw the masked gunman and a short scuffle did ensue.
