Video: Georgia Letter carrier claims ‘acting manager’ repeatedly harassed her

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -Gessell Colon, a United States letter carrier in Columbus, is crying foul after claiming she has been the victim of repeated sexual harassment on the job.

“I do fear for my life, for my children and I just want this to be away from here so I don’t have to worry about this man,” Colon said.

Wiping away the tears, Colon told News Leader 9’s Roslyn Giles she takes it one day at time as she copes with the emotional stress from two years of alleged abuse in the workplace.

“On the way to the police department, that’s when everything started,” she said.

  2. If you want to keep your job Gesell, just sit back and enjoy it because the higher ups have my back!

  3. This has always happened with the PO. Supervisors are sexual predators on the prowl everyday. If the victim does not give in then their leave is turned down, they are bird dogged constantly, letters of warning come next then suspension on imaginary charges. It happens but on the other side of the coin I have seen women flirt, sleep with or touch supervisors to get their way! It works both ways, men will always be men and women love to tease and signals get crossed and people get hurt and in trouble!

  4. That is not a one that would desired. If she did not have 4 kids there would be wonder if female was the real gender.

  5. she can’t run with the bid dogs I see!
