GRAFTON, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) A Grafton resident and postal worker is accused of stealing hundreds of pieces of mail from multiple victims.
John T. Derry, 21, of Grafton, will be arraigned on Oct. 8, on charges of larceny from a building, larceny of property over $250 and receiving stolen property over $250.
Derry is a part-time sales and services/distribution associate who sorts raw mail before it is delivered, regional USPS spokesman, Steve Doherty, told FOX25 on Friday. He has been working at the Upton St., facility since January 2014, Doherty said.
Grafton police and special agents with the U.S. Postal Services Office of the Inspector General investigated the case for three months.
