Steve Hartdegen has worked 46 of those years at the Harrisburg Post Office at the Lower Paxton Branch and has been delivering mail on the same route, to the same people for 22 years. Steve says getting to see families grow, and becoming close to the people on his route is what makes his job so great. “It’s really a good job. I help the old people out, I take their mail to the door. That kinda stuff. I really like my people.”
