  1. I am one of the Kurten residents that was affected by this closing. We were given no prior notice. All of our PO Box mail was forwarded 13 miles east to the North Zulch post office. We were NOT given replacement PO Boxes but are forced to go to the Will Call window staffed part time with very limited hours. I am now being forced to leave my job in the middle of the day and drive a minimum of 26 miles round trip JUST TO CHECK MY MAIL.

Geography was obviously not a consideration as Kurten residents work on their ranches in the area or in the Bryan/College Station area which is in the exact opposite direction of North Zulch! Why was the mail not forwarded to Bryan? That would make much better sense.

What happened to our PO Box rent? We are getting nothing!
