February 25, 2014 (LOMBARD, Ill.) (WLS) — Some west suburban Lombard residents are frustrated, saying they’ve gone days without mail delivery service.

Some residents told us they’ve been getting mail just one or two times a week, the problems starting around the first of the year, and it’s not just happening when it snows.

On Tuesday night, Lombard resident Mike Bisceglie showed us his calendar and all the days his mail hasn’t arrived.

“For this month alone, it’s probably like once every three days we were getting mail,” Bisceglie said.

He’s not the only one in Lombard complaining of sporadic mail delivery as we learned at the post office.
