LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Police continue to hunt for the hit-and-run driver in a early Saturday morning crash that that killed two men — a 47-year-old postal worker who was just a block from work, and the suspect’s brother.

KCAL9?s Brittney Hopper spoke to friends and family of the postal worker.

Family members told Hopper that Aceves was just hired by the US Postal Service a few months ago

The victim was being remembered Saturday as a loving husband and father to two children.

He was killed a block from the entrance of the Post Office at 2 a.m. this morning when an alleged drunk driver, also speeding and going more than 90 mph, plowed into him. Officials say the driver of that car, and two of his passengers, fled.

  1. I believe the driver who killed a man will be hit and run just like what he did the other night.
It won’t be long, he will be dead soon.
