Sluggish mail delivery angers Kentucky residents
Louisville – Some who live in Fern Creek havent seen their mail in a while with no explanation.
A spokesperson for the U.S. Postal Service acknowledges some people, largely in the Fern Creek area havent received regular mail delivery because the road are too dangerous. They say theyve missed about 18,000 deliveries in the area thats about 5 percent.
The post office says there is no expected date when deliveries will be back up to speed but say people can use the option of requesting their mail be held, then going to pick it up. You can only use that once every 30 days. Read more
