For years she’s been intercepting letters to the North Pole and personally responding to every single child.

“You expect to see them ask for toys, but when they ask for help for mom, could you help her not have to work so much, those are the ones that tear at your heartstrings.” she said.

Stacy makes sure the letters that need special attention get to the right agencies for help.
