Irmo, SC (WLTX) — A local mail carrier is credited with saving a man’s life while on her route, and this isn’t the first time she’s done something like this.

Kendra Miller delivers mail in rural Irmo. But sometimes the packages are a little too big for the mailbox, and she’ll have to go up to the house. That was the case last Saturday on Page Derrick Road.

“I saw his car had been wrecked and as I was trying to go around it I saw him laying in the car,” Miller said. “I immediately thought it was fatal .
