1/12/16 Residents say someone is still stealing mail from various United States Postal Service boxes in Tulsa.

One resident said he placed checks for his bills in a box in front of a post office near West 41st Street and Southwest Boulevard.

Monday, he said he received calls from his utility providers saying he did not pay his bills.
