Video: USPS Lady Needs Work On Her Throwing Arm

September 10, 2015 Package delivery in New York City. She accidentally throws a bundle of packages and mail in the trash, thinks about it for a minute, then walks away. If she’s gonna deliver via airmail, she needs to do some serious work on her arm.

  1. Dan, you are right. The unfortunate part is that Managers are aware of the fact that employees are not trained properly and they don’t care. If you work on the inside as a non-career employee they treat you like animals and as long as they keep you dumbed down, the smarter they think they look.

  2. heck in our area they have a lot cca/pse in the ao’s doing final registy closeout. you can tell no one was trained as each bag has a different “wing it” prep work. place has always been in a down ward dive since I came on board in 1986, but the last two years is the worst. we do not see this place being here in 5-10 years. most of the sdo and mdo in the plant are now eeoc diversity (pc code word for anti-white) affirmative action wonders…..dumb as dirt. who cares gone in 2 years. thank God I bought some good stocks like apple and held them. apple split 2-1, 2-1, 2-1, and 7-1. my stocks have done better than my TSP last 29 years, did not need eeoc to help me select dividend paying blue chips. po not the only game in town. po death by a 1000 slashes!

  3. Who in NY delivers mail with that type of cart? The gate could have prevented the Carrier access if she had wanted to correct the delivery.

  4. Many american people want to privatize the Postal Service based on information gathered from the Staples Office SupplyStore protest campaign. View the photo of the carrier, please believe this carrier is better known as a (C.C.A.), City Carrier Assistant. Not really a properly trained employee and less pay. So many won’t even consider not to do an act as such. Not only is it true, you get what you pay for, its still true you will pay dearly for what you get. So tossing of the mail is unacceptable. Yet the postal service heads have no problem hiring people who couldn’t get a job years ago at the USPS. Simply, they aren’t qualified.

    • The Postal Service doesn’t care if CCAs make mistakes; they’re a lot cheaper than Regulars. USPS talks a great game about customer service, but it’s all lip service. If something needs to be done, it’s only done to save money and if customer service suffers in the process, that’s the way it goes. The funny thing is that the USPS could save LOTS of money by hiring people with brains to run it. Instead they keep hiring management personell who aren’t fit to run a lemonade stand, and the stupid decisions keep coming and coming.
