When Renteria moved back to Sacramento in January, he paid special attention to insure his knives.
But he someone stole them right out of the box and the U.S. Postal Service rejected his insurance claim twice.
I sacrificed myself to get those knives, he said. Now I dont get my knives, I dont get anything.
He shipped the 24-pound, 10-ounce package from the U.S. Virgin Islands when he moved here but said the package he picked up from his mailbox inside The UPS Store felt almost empty

UPS stores have “P.O. Boxes” in them. I have a UPS store on my T-6 string. People pay for the box inside the UPS store just like a p.o. box at the post office, and the person working at the store sorts the mail into the boxes. It’s the largest single mail drop point on that route.
I am kinda confused. The article says he picked up his package at a UPS store. (UPS is United Parcel Service –the brown trucks & not USPS –United States Postal Service) It showed a picture in the Video of where they said he picked up his package & it showed a UPS store & not a US Post Office. So I would need more info about why they are reporting the Postal service denied his claim when they are saying it was a United Parcel Service package picked up at a UPS store & not the United States Posatl service!!
