FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) – There was some good news for a bride-to-be whose wedding invitations were lost in the mail.
Nearly three weeks after taking them to the Loveland Post Office, some of the invitations are starting to arrive at their destinations.
Anne Rosenberg of Fort Collins says she doesn’t know where they’ve been, nor why they’re in such bad shape.
“They’re sliced, torn, dirty and they’ve obviously been run through a machine which they weren’t supposed to,” Rosenberg said.

I see the 69 cent stamp postmarked. This invitation is obviously not under a ounce. That is not enough postage for non machinable.
I am wondering why the customer said that these were not suppose to go through a machine. I don’t see the non machinable stamp on the envelope, I don’t see the extra postage paid for the letters to be labeled non machinable I don’t see the non machinable stamp on the letters.
If the customer took these invitations to a window clerk then the window clerk dropped the ball.
