WACO, TX (KXXV) -Most people think shopping online is convenient, but one Central Texas woman recently found how big of an inconvenience ordering online can be.
Tasha Ford said her daughter recently ordered a swimsuit from a website online, for a spring break trip, but that package never made it to their door.
My daughter had ordered a swim suit from Lane Bryant, Ford said. We thought it was coming FedEx [but] FedEx outsources their packages to the post office, and thats where the problem came in, she added.

It would appear that FedEx is liable, because they”outsourced”,her package for delivery,to being handled by the U.S. Postal Service(USPS). Yet,in the 2-minute video,FedEx,is NOT mentioned.(See Video)
Yes, blame the carrier. An honest mistake was made. What about the address where it was delivered to? What does that say about their honesty and morals, when they do not give it back to the carrier.
