STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. — A homeowner says her United States Postal Service mailman damaged her packages worth $1,000 by tossing them over her gate.

The homeowner told Channel 2’s Tom Jones what is worse the post office refuses to reimburse her.

Kimberly Culp says the mail carrier also damaged her call box when he tried to maneuver away from her home.
