WATERBURY — A U.S. Postal Service supervisor was arrested after federal authorities say he stole a package that had been loaded with cocaine and held a tracking device that had been secretly placed inside it, according to a federal complaint obtained Wednesday.
Edward Hogan, 37, of Waterbury, was charged with theft from the U.S. Mail as part of an investigation into a suspicious package that was detected by the Postal Service earlier this month.

worked with this man for years!!!! never met anyone from the post office who buys a 300000 home CASH!!!!! and brags about it…really? Guess the cocaine was the real source of income on that home application!
probably can only get him for theft unless he admitted he knew what was inside.
wow, no possession or trafficing charges.
His lucky day I’d say
Looks like we have another supervisor who will be promoted…that’s how it usually works!
He will be the Postmaster of Waterbury before this is over.
If he was a craft employee he would be going to jail.
worked with him in waterbury….would never think he was doing this…its always the quiet ones…
He is not the only cokehead in Waterbury who is a supervisor
Did the supervisor look like scare face? with piles of it on his desk all running down his nose an face?
Cocaine loaded with tracking device? Priceless.
That must of took a beating from the mail handlers?
Where’s that Supervisor that always comes on here and blames the carriers? Ill bet we don’t see anything from that person on this post.
Now if that package broke open?
We need custodians at pole H3!
Come back custodians all talking their heads off, white shit all over their faces, box empty,
