11/14/17 – Woman paid $51.65 to insure the shipment of this diamond ring to Jacksonville. She says it was stolen from the box, but now USPS won’t honor her claim.

Letters from USPS said they denied her claim because the appraisal of the ring, documenting its $4,000 value, is dated about a week after the shipping date

    • Registered Mail is a Priority class. Registered mail is considered first class/ Priority (technically) before the extra service is applied.
