12/17/2014 – The USPS and APWU agreed to implement the MS-47 TL-5 dated June 27, 2014, and its cleaning procedures at no more than 15 facilities during Fiscal Year (FY) 2014 (for purposes of this MOU only, a “facility” is a single site or location which has its own PS Form 4869, PS Form 4839, and PS Form 4852).

By the end of FY 2015, no more than 100 facilities shall have the MS-47 TL-5 cleaning procedures implemented. (This number 100 includes facilities, where the MS-47 TL-5 was implemented in FY 2014).
