KENMORE, Wash. — A homeowner in Kenmore filed a complaint with U.S. Postal Service after their postal carrier was caught on surveillance video tossing a package from his postal truck onto the homeowner’s front porch.
The homeowner said it happened Sunday afternoon and the box contained vacuum supplies being delivered from Amazon.com.
She added the box was dented but there was no damage to the items inside.
She said in filing the complaint, it wasn’t their intention that the carrier be punished. “I thought it was a little humorous but it was a little like, ‘let’s respect each other,’ ” she said.
After hearing about the story, a USPS spokesperson told KOMO News carriers are instructed to never throw a package. Source: Caught on cam: Kenmore mailman ‘air-mails’ package
Notice the HUGE increase in these type of stores, since the USPS created the low pay/no benefits class of new hire employees………….and the vast, vast majority of the accused in these stories are these new hires.
Nice job USPS mgmt.
Clueless morons.
In his defense, that was a pretty good shot
In his defense, that was a pretty good shit
So Amazon will dropped their contracts with USPS,as will Staples,if USPS gives poor delivery service or postal-workers continually complain. FedEx already abandoned direct business with USPS. About six-years ago, there was a plan 2 eventually allow FedEx customers 2 pick up missed packages at the nearest postal-station. On the other hand,Dimondstein and the APWU National leadership would rather ram a partisan leftist agenda down our throats, than fight 70 or 80hr work weeks 4 CA’s. Curtail the 80-hour work weeks–NOT”charter schools”Diamondstein. These exploited human beings,in many cases r currently lucky,if there r “charter school” alternatives 4 their children.
It does not take any longer to deliver a package people!!!
