  1. This happens way to often. It is either a zero tolerance policy or it is NOT !! Why does the USPS solicit this type of policy if they cannot and will not enforce it ? It should instead be labeled the “employ at your own risk” memorandum. Supervisors are instilling fear, harassment, bullying, nepotism, prejudices, discrimination, sexual harassment, coercion, deceit, and the list goes on. Understanding it is a big company, and it is Federal, incidents do arise..but at the level, speed, and quantity these serious assaults have been instigated by postal authorities is beyond belief. No repercussions for their own. But note to USPS, these craft employees are yours as well. Doing far more with far less than those you put in a position to lead. Get a clue, or fire those who weigh you down. Quit turning the other way. Its far to much.

  2. Of course the stupidvisor was not terminated. That fate only goes to craft. He most likely is related to some other type of management species, and probably just moved into a more lucrative position.

  3. Fails to state the fate of the supervisor. I’m sure they were not terminated, probably reassigned to another installation. I’ve seen it before.
