Keith R. Seibert, of the 1800 block of South Valley Forge Road, appeared before Lansdale District Judge Edward Levine, who tossed one count of first-degree misdemeanor terroristic threats and ordered Seibert cited for summary disorderly conduct and summary harassment, closing the criminal case. Seibert pleaded guilty to both citations and was fined nearly $800, according to court records.

Seibert went into the Lansdale Post Office on the morning of July 14 to pick up a package, then became agitated with the postal clerk when the package was not located, according to an affidavit of probable cause filed in the case.

Hearing a commotion, the postmaster came out from her office and assisted the clerk in finding the package.

Seibert asked to speak to the postmaster, and when the woman told him that’s who she was, Seibert started yelling at her, telling her “You suck” and calling her an extremely vile name, according to court documents.

The postmaster told Seibert to leave, and as he started to walk out, he turned around and told her, “I’m going to kill you and your whole family,” before exiting the post office and banging on the windows, according to the affidavit.
