USPS has introduced an online safety dashboard to help prevent workplace accidents and injuries.

The dashboard, which is available on Blue, allows employees and supervisors to look up data on accidents. Information can be filtered through several categories and time frames, allowing users to determine trends and identify methods for prevention.

The tool also spotlights the leading causes of vehicle and industrial accidents, provides demographic breakdowns and gives users the ability to view data at the area, district, facility and individual levels.

“The dashboard is another example of the Postal Service’s commitment to educating employees about the importance of staying safe on the job,” said Safety and OSHA Compliance Programs Manager Linda DeCarlo.
