The Postal Service is test marketing Spanish-language greeting cards in 187 Post Offices, including 20 USPS Premier Offices in Puerto Rico.
The cards are part of the Sinceramente line, which produces cards in English and Spanish.
During the testing phase, Post Offices in the United States will receive Sinceramente cards for all occasions in both languages. The USPS Premier Offices in Puerto Rico will only sell Spanish-language cards.
“Introducing the Sinceramente cards in Post Offices is the first step we have taken to meet customers’ bilingual needs,” said Retail Product Specialist Dee Nelson. “As this test proves to be successful, we will be expanding to more offices in the future.”
The Postal Service began selling Sinceramente cards last year in a limited number of Post Offices. Sinceramente is part of Sunrise Greetings, a Hallmark subsidiary.
