I am a retired postal worker who had 37 years of service. Believe me it’s NOT that easy to fire anyone. There is a grievance procedure in place as well as a union contract with progressive discipline.Letter of warning 7 day suspension,14 day ,30 days then removal. She will get her job back. This is not North Korea. She made a mistake and deserves a second chance. She will learn from this .Probably overworked and couldn’t wait to go home .No excuses here .
